Bennington College, Music Teaching Fellowship

As Music Teaching Fellow, I support student growth and complement the curriculum of the music division through thoughtful lesson design, presenting authentic embodied experiences in the tradition of Dalcroze.

​As the 2019-2021 Fellow, I teach Dalcroze Eurhythmics, Harmony, and Trumpet, and I accompany students with a vocal concentration.

Check out this nonprofit concert promoter in Aspen, Colorado. They use the proceeds from their concerts to place musicians in public school classrooms, and I am one of those musicians!

Dalcroze Society of America

The DSA promotes Dalcroze Education throughout the United States and publishes the American Dalcroze Journal throughout the year.

I volunteer my time, helping with web-related publication.

Stage of Life Theatre

This Children's Theatre does wonderful work in the Roaring Fork Valley near Carbondale, CO.

I was fortunate to be part of some of their productions, including an original piece based on Shel Silverstein's The Giving Tree.

The Nanook Pep Band

I led the Nanook Pep Band at University of Alaska Fairbanks for a season; you haven't seen hockey quite like this!

Performing Arts Institute

This residential summer camp in Kingston, PA rocks. Featuring classical, jazz, musical theatre, and dance training for middle and high school students, the camp  has been educating students ad a very high for many years.

I was a student here for four summers and made life-long friendships. It's a big reason I'm a musician today.

New York Summer Music Festival

This residential summer camp in Oneonta, NY has a great faculty, and attracts music students from all over greater New York City.

​I worked here as a counselor for two summers, and formed wonderful friendships.
